Our hotel is beautifully placed among olive groves that give us the San Canzian extra virgin olive oil. Istria is known for its olive oil, and its cradle is the municipality of Krasica, where our hotel is located. Along with our San Canzian blend, we also offer two varietal extra virgin olive oils.
Dried fig jam
To make a perfect dry fig jam, you need exquisite dry figs and a lot of patience. We can thank our fantastic location for our figs, but the hardworking hands that stir the paste until it becomes jam, cannot be replaced by any modern devices. That is the true taste of nature that surrounds us.
